Our Story
From one room to three clinics
In 2006, Dr. Soheyl Simaei opened Noble's first clinic with one treatment table, no team, and no equipment, just a clear goal: veterinary care that was honest, humane, and consistent.
“When I first arrived in Dubai, I had no clients, no equipment, and no guarantees. Just a heart full of hope and a dream, to create a space where animals would be treated not just as patients, but as family.”
Today we're three branches across Dubai and a team of over 60, but the belief hasn't changed. Whether it's a routine check-up or a complex surgery, we approach every case the way we did on day one.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Looking after the people who look after your pet
Veterinary medicine is demanding work, and the standard of care an animal receives has a great deal to do with how supported the person giving it feels.
So we give our vets the time they need with each case, the equipment to reach a proper diagnosis, and colleagues to think it through with. We take their wellbeing seriously, because a team that is looked after does better work, and because it is the right way to run a clinic.

Our clinics are led by veterinarians rather than by anyone else. That shapes every decision we make, because the people setting the standards have stood in the consulting room themselves.
What it means for you is straightforward. Your pet is somewhere they feel safe. Your questions get answered properly. And the advice you are given is the advice we would want for our own animals.
NEXT STEPS
Our growth plan
We are expanding the way we always have, one clinic at a time and always with the right people in place first. Two new clinics open before the end of this year, with plans to expand further across the Emirates into Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Every site we have opened has been possible because someone on our existing team was ready to lead it. That is how we intend to keep going, which means we are always looking for veterinarians and nurses who share how we work. Driven, motivated, and the same core similar values.
