Why should I vaccinate my dog?
Vaccinations are one of the best ways to protect your dog from serious and potentially fatal diseases. Whether you live in a busy city, a quiet neighborhood, or travel often, your dog can still be exposed to viruses like parvovirus, distemper, rabies, leptospirosis, and kennel cough.
These diseases spread quickly, are hard to treat, and some, like rabies, can even affect people. By staying up to date with vaccines, you’re not only protecting your dog but also helping prevent outbreaks in the wider pet community.
It’s a simple, vital step in responsible pet care. Vaccinations support your dog’s long-term health, reduce the risk of costly emergencies, and ensure they meet legal or travel requirements wherever you are.

When should my dog have their vaccinations?
Puppies should start their first vaccinations at around 6 to 8 weeks of age. We typically give three booster rounds, spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, until they’re about 16 weeks old. This early protection is vital before your puppy begins socialising or going outdoors.
Adult dogs need regular booster shots to maintain their immunity. Most vaccines require annual boosters. Some rabies vaccines offer protection for up to three years, but annual boosters may be required based on local laws and travel requirements. If your dog has missed any doses, our vets can help safely restart the schedule.
How much do dog vaccinations cost?
We offer transparent, all-inclusive pricing for core vaccinations:
‘Initial’ DHPPiL vaccination with vet examination - 360 AED
